Today is Day 1 of The Babywearing Workout’s weight loss challenge. You can read my review on the The Babywearing Workout HERE. As of now, more than 200 women have come together on a private Facebook group to encourage one another as we lose our “baby weight.” We’re sharing tips, recipes, and friendship, as each of us does the Babywearing Workout two-three times a week.

I’m thrilled with how I did today! I’ve been using the app MyFitnessPal on my iPhone to track my calories eaten/drunk, water intake, and calories burned. Maybe it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I actually came a little bit under my calorie goal today, so that was excellent for me! I’ll just be honest. I like to eat. That was my problem in the first place and why I gained so much weight while I was pregnant.

Proud of you Elisabet…it’s hard sometimes to take that weight off, but you can do it! Unfortunately for me, my baby will be 6 and I still need to loose weight….

Great idea for a group! My ‘baby’ is 19. I gained with the 4 of them but when I quit smoking, that did me in. Thanks for sharing!
