I don’t know exactly what week everyone is on for Fitness Friday, but I don’t think it really matters for me. Fitness Friday is something I plan to keep up indefinitely. Even after I’ve lost the weight I gained, I’ll still have a long way to go to be fit and toned again.
Current Weight: The last time I posted for Fitness Friday I wanted to weigh in at 171 lbs. Well, this morning I weighed in at 173 lbs., but two days ago I weighed in at 171 lbs. There’s no way I gained weight over the last two days, so I’m confident I have water weight.
Activity Performed: I had a very busy week with blogging and writing an article for the Army Reserve, so I didn’t have a lot of time to spare for working out. I did make it to the park once and jog/briskly walk with the jogging stroller for about 45 minutes.
Diet: I’m still using MyFitnessPal. I’ve done well all week keeping within my calorie allowance, but I’d like to add in more fiber this next week through whole grains and legumes. I didn’t do well on my water intake, which may be why I’m retaining fluid.
Goals for next week:
- Make it into the 160s.
- Exercise more.
- Eat more fiber and drink more water.

Very little exercise, unfortunately…I need to plan/schedule better, so I can work out more!
