So after a bit of pondering, I decided to just start my own Fitness Friday link-up. Although I intend to finish this year strong and still exercise through next week, the first official Fitness Friday post will be January 3.

Don’t want to start January 3? That’s fine! Join in whenever you’re able. If you miss a week, that’s fine too. This will be an ongoing journey for many of us.

Hey, why not? And you don’t even have to think about in the sense of weight loss. Just determine to be more active every week, and see what happens!
